Hi Atlassian Community,
Our company’s Statuspage product admin left over two years ago, and no one else has admin or billing access. We’re unable to contact Atlassian Support directly because of this, and the support portal won’t let us submit a request. We urgently need to transfer ownership to our new CTO so we can manage our Statuspage account.
Can someone from Atlassian please assist us with this ownership transfer, or advise on how we can verify our company’s identity and regain access?
