Status Page - 15k subscriber tier - corporate vs enterprise - private

if I have 15k employees, can purchase a tier based private corporate sub for just the number of people that need notification ( like 200) and still allow the rest of the company to view the page - also since the enterprise version caps at 5000 subscribers, would I need to purchase enterprise tier x3?
