I am registering a specific email address on Status Pages powered by Atlassian but for any status page I register for I am not receiving the verification email. The inbox is able to receive external mail, it just doesn't work for any emails from noreply@statuspage.io

When I register my personal work email it works fine so we know emails from the above address to our domain are working fine.

I've tried this on various status pages such as Bynder, Kandji, 1Password and all have same results.

Hi @Chaz Vilkhu

Hmm.. Wondering what you mean by "specific" email address? :)

In general the reason your specific email isn’t receiving verification emails from noreply@statuspage.io is most likely due to your domain’s email filters or security policies. Even though your inbox receives other external emails, some systems block or silently drop messages from bulk-sending or “noreply” addresses, especially if your domain has strict DMARC, SPF, or spam rules. This causes the verification emails to never appear, while other email addresses (like your personal work email) can receive them without issue. Essentially, the emails are being filtered out before they reach your inbox.

The next steps are to make sure your email system actually allows messages from noreply@statuspage.io through. You can do this by whitelisting that address or the entire statuspage.io domain, checking your spam or quarantine folders, and ensuring your domain’s  policies aren’t blocking it. If your system uses greylisting or strict anti-spam rules, you may need your IT team to adjust them temporarily.

If that still doesn’t work, the fastest solution would be probably contact Atlassian support - they can confirm whether the verification emails are being sent and can sometimes manually trigger them for addresses that are being blocked.
