I have a new statuspage since December 2025 and everything was working great. Now when a new person subscribes to the page to get notifications, started occurring on January 23, 2026, I receive an email from Statuspage stating:
Hey Rob,
We received a request from (email address of person who signed up) to help manage your status page, and creating an account for them is just a click away.
Click here to add this person to your team.
If you do not know who this person is, please ignore this email.
Why am I getting these all of the sudden and how do I turn this feature OFF?
