Maintenance reminder email schedule

Hello,

is it possible to adjust the time when the Maintenance reminder email is sent? By default it's 1 hour, but we'd prefer to have it as 24 hours before the scheduled start.

Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

I'm afraid the customization options for the timing of the notifications are currently limited.  We do have an open Feature Request being reviewed about implementing improvements. 

I have added this ticket to the request, so if it does get implemented, we will do our best to reach out and let you know. If you ever need to reference the request to ask about the progress, the ID is STATUS-506 for the option to customize the notification timeframe.

It's in the "Future Consideration" state at the moment. 

I'm afraid that there's still no ETA that I can share with you. 

I will add a comment to the product team mentioning that we have more users affected by this.
