Is there a way to change incidents to events

I'm looking for a way to change "incidents" to "events" . Is this possible?

I believe the poster is asking if its possible to use a different term for Incidents - instead of Incidents - use Events. Similar to what AWS has done as they no longer use "Incidents" they use Events as the term.
