How do I submit a feature request?

I want to be able to control what fields are displayed within the maintenance message email body.

That seems to be the STATUS project in the JAC suggestion / defect backlog, although I do not see a suggestion for what you asked.  Perhaps try adding it there:

thanks Bill, I ended up submitting a support ticket to get guidance because I can't find a way to submit a feature request anywhere else for Atlassian Statuspage.
