How do I cancel the subscription?

I am attempting to cancel the subscription but cannot figure out how.  I asked for help and it specifies to go to the avatar in the right status page and select billing.  This is not there.  I would like to cancel the subscription and be refunded the renewal charge.  How do I go about this?
