We use Docman and after changing the API keys, Docman is no longer pulling through emails into the filing list. Can you help?

Hi Vicki,Thank you so much for reaching out to the Atlassian Community!
Let’s work together to get Docman pulling emails into your filing list again after the API key change. Here are a few steps you can follow to help troubleshoot the issue:
1. Confirm the API Key Update in Docman
  • Double-check that the new API key is correctly entered in Docman’s configuration settings.
  • Make sure there are no extra spaces or formatting issues when pasting the key.
2. Test the API Key Manually
  • Try using a tool like Postman or curl to make a direct API request to Statuspage with your new API key. This can help confirm if the key is working as expected.
3. Check Docman Logs
  • Take a look at Docman’s error logs for any messages related to authentication or connection problems since the API key was updated.
  • Watch for errors like “authentication failed” or “permission denied,” which can point to issues with the new key.
4. Restart Docman (if needed)
  • Some integrations require a restart after updating credentials. If you haven’t already, try restarting Docman to ensure it’s using the new API key.

If you’ve tried these steps and are still running into trouble, feel free to share any error messages or additional details here. The Community is here to help!
Cheers,Aditya
