Hello! I have one question for you, maybe you know: We didn't see it and it accidentally came out that we exceeded the number of users in Jira Service Management. So as i understand, we need to pay for it. but question: we will pay for it and it will not influence on our other Subscriptions like Jira Premium? Or we will lose all our subscription and will need to pay for it?
okay, thank you. and i need to pay only for 1 user, not for 4, yes? because as i understand - 3 free, and then you need to pay for every user?
and one more question (just to undarstand the flow): if we don`t pay for it this month for additional user, we just will lose standard jira service management or we will lose all out products like Jira premium etc?
I'm actually unsure - I assume that if you're at 4 users, you'll then need to pay for the 4 agents at the Standard level (or higher). 👀
