Sourcetree / Bitbucket always asks my ssh passphrase

I'm working with sourcetree and bitbucket. When ever I open sourcetree or push operation I'm asked for my passphrase. I tried to follow https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Sourcetree-questions/Sourcetree-always-asks-my-ssh-passphrase/qaq-p/666700

but command ssh-add -l gives me an error: 

Could not open a connection to your authentication agent.
