SourceTree requires cloning at every time when opening

My SourceTree is requiring me to go through the cloning process every time when I open the application.

Tried multiple ways to resolve the issue:

1. Uninstalled and reinstalled the application

2. Checked the details from the earlier post and followed the steps but it didn't work for me.

Solved: SourceTree requires registration at launch every t... (atlassian.com)
