Token generated, new token authentication added to SourceTree, and appears as OK. Works for one day, the next day, when trying to pull or send, it displays the error:

CHANGE-3222 - Functionality has been deprecated

App passwords are deprecated and must be replaced with API tokens.

https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/bitbucket/changelog#CHANGE-3222

Unable to access 'https://bitbucket.org/xxxxxx/xxxxxxxx.git/': The requested URL returned error: 410

Every day we need to generate new tokens and link them to SourceTree.

We need a solution.

Hey @Adm ,

There have been quite a few people that's struggling with this.

Can you check the following discussion to see if the things/steps listed there will resolve this: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Sourcetree-questions/app-password-warnings-after-updating-Bitbucket-account-in/qaq-p/3252148?

Cheers,
Tobi

Is there a specific solution to what needs to be done?

@taluks well...

A couple of users claimed that adding an API token to the URL fixes the thing. 👀

Now, I see Richard suggested a solution and explained the steps here, but I haven't tried that way yet. Might be worth checking and seeing if that's something that can be used as a workaround.
