@tim roya @Ethan @Eileen This warning means the CLI can’t reach the Jira Cloud API for your site. It usually happens when the latest Rovo Dev update breaks project discovery or when your site temporarily loses the Rovo Dev entitlement. It’s not your config. The fix is on Atlassian’s side and already being worked on. Most users see this after the recent rollout.
