unable to see the Automation task I created on the studio app

When I open the automation section in the studio app I am unable to see the Automation task I hade previously created. However, I know it exits as it was triggered on Monday and sent me the results.

Please advise how I can find my Automation agent so I know where it is in case I need to modify it.

@Justin Messner since the flow is still running but missing from the Automation library, I’d check Studio → Audit log and search for the flow name. Atlassian documents the Audit log as the place to locate flow executions and inspect their details. Studio-created flows should normally live in the Automation library, so if the audit entry exists but the flow remains missing there, I’d treat that as a Studio visibility issue and raise it with Atlassian Support, including the audit details.

Hi @Justin Messner ,

welcome to the Atlassian community!

Could it be you have access to more than one site?

It happened to me too, that I wasn't able to find something built using the studio and then I realised, I'm looking at the data for another site.

There's site switcher in the three dots menu in the right top corner.

Thanks for the tip @Hana Kučerová , unfortunately that doesn't look like the case for me as I can't see an option to switch sites
