Hello All,

I created a standard trial account, configured billing details and opened rovodev CLI

I configured extra credit usage =0 as I understand trial credits are 2000.

after authenticating and while executing rovodev run, it throws this error 2026-03-22_00-41_1.png2026-03-22_00-41.png

@Simon Brizuela welcome to the community. This has been a known issue with Rovo Dev credits not applying correctly after signup/upgrade. Some users hit “credit limit reached” even though they should have the 2,000 included credits—usually due to provisioning delays or entitlement mismatch.

A few things to try:

  • Check /usage in CLI and confirm the correct site is selected
  • Wait ~30–60 minutes (credits sometimes take time to sync)
  • Re-authenticate after billing changes

If it still shows 0 or errors, it’s likely a backend issue → Atlassian Support needs to fix it.
