need help to disconnect ROVO from organization

Hi,

I need manual intervention to remove Rovo from your organization (gpw-team) because it is blocking the organization deletion process.

I have already removed all other apps, and Rovo cannot be deleted by admins.

Reference the known limitation and ongoing feature requests (AX-429 and ROVO-144)

@johan_drabarek This is a known limitation. Rovo currently can’t be manually removed by org admins, and it can block org deletion. As you know, Atlassian has confirmed this behavior and is tracking fixes under AX-429 and ROVO-144. The only resolution today is manual removal by Atlassian Support. Please open a support ticket referencing your org (gpw-team) and those issue keys so they can detach Rovo and unblock deletion.

Since Rovo doesn't appear/cannot be removed like a normal app, the solution is to request manual intervention from the Atlassian team. Below is a sample text you can use in official support.

Hello,

I need help removing Rovo from the gpw-team organization because it's blocking the organization deletion process in the Admin Console.

Current situation:

I have already removed all other applications from the organization.

Rovo remains associated with the organization, but cannot be removed by administrators through the Admin Console interface.

I request manual intervention to disconnect/remove Rovo from the gpw-team organization so that I can complete the organization's deletion.
