As the error says, your org admin needs to install Rovo Dev Agents. You should ask them to do that.

To add more context @jackytfy This message pops up because Rovo Dev CLI won’t work unless the Rovo Dev Agents app is installed on your Atlassian Cloud site. The CLI needs that app to actually connect, pull in agents, and interact with your Jira or Bitbucket data. Atlassian does this to make sure only sites with admin-approved access can use these AI-powered features, which helps keep things secure and in your control.
