Looks like it was built for a newer macOS version, that error usually means your system is too old. You’d need either an older build of the tool or to update macOS.

Welcome to community!

Unfortunately it is not supported for macOS10 and needs 14. The package is originally supported for Darwin -> https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/acli/guides/download-supported-packages/
