The Write PRD skill is already documented by Atlassian as an available Rovo skill. It drafts a Product Requirements Document as a Confluence page and asks for inputs such as the feature description, scope, and audience before generating goals, user stories, requirements, and success metrics.
You should be able to find it from:
Rovo Studio → Agent → Edit → Skills → Add skills
Then look for Write PRD in the Atlassian-built skills list.
There is one caveat: Atlassian is still rolling out some of the newer Rovo skill entry points and Confluence integrations progressively, so availability can differ between sites even when the feature is already documented. Recent Cloud release notes still mark related skill experiences as Rolling out.
So if Write PRD does not appear under Add skills on your site yet, I’d first check that location rather than assuming it has not launched at all.
If you can share where you’re expecting to see it — Rovo Chat, Studio, or Confluence — that may help narrow down whether this is a rollout difference or an access/configuration issue.
