Hi @zhl and welcome to the community—this is a known issue related to site eligibility and signup requirements for Rovo Dev Agents. The “Invalid Recaptcha” or generic error may indicate that the captcha isn’t loading or completing, especially due to network restrictions. Many users have resolved it by using a VPN, trying a different network, or using incognito mode.
