Why ROVO is stop responding and started counting 30 sec for immidiate prompting?

ROVO is stop responding and saying you're not allowed to use ROVO and also sometimes it's started calculating 30 sec and after also it does not responding.

I experience the same. After reaching 0, it counted -1, -2, -3. But their status page is not reporting any issues. I don't know where the issue is coming from.
