Whiteboard with Rovo disappeared

Was impressed with Rovo and used it to develop a whiteboard for workflows and project planning for a good three hours. This morning when I opened my computer after a forced restart, the page is gone and there's no record of it in my history or view/worked on.

I obviously messed up and didn't save it before being sidetracked and didn't realize I'd have a forced reboot.

I checked my history, space history, viewed, searched for keywords from the page, asked rovo and tried creating a new whiteboard but all come up with nothing.

Any suggestions?

If you have access to the Space Settings, you can try going under: Space Settings > Content > Trash and see if it's possibly there to restore it from, or any other options under the content. If not you can ask the Confluence or Space admin they can look in the settings to help restore. The Whiteboards like other documents are autosaved, and given it's in cloud so shouldn't be an issue due to the reboot.

Hey sorry! I never posted my resolution here.

Basically, I hunted in all the usual places and couldn't find it. When I eventually resigned myself to having to recreate it, I went to "Create with Rovo" and my unsaved whiteboard was there with the option to "add to Confluence".

I was able to pick it up and see all my Rovo chat/edit history from accessing it that way. Very weird that the whiteboard and all Rovo history were isolated from the search and memory of standard Confluence.

Yes to what @swat swat mentioned. And remember—Rovo-created whiteboards can exist in a temporary “Create with Rovo” state before being added to Confluence. In that state, they won’t appear in search, history, or space content. As @Jasmine Kaczmarek noticed, if something seems missing, check “Create with Rovo”—you may need to manually “Add to Confluence” to make it visible and searchable.

Solving this as I figured out the issue:

I went to "Create with Rovo" in the space to recreate it when I finally gave up on finding my whiteboard -- and there was my unsaved whiteboard with the option to "add to Confluence".

I was able to pick it up and see all my Rovo chat/edit history from accessing it that way, but it was ONLY visible within the "Create with Rovo" space.

Very weird that the whiteboard and all Rovo history were isolated from the search and memory of standard Confluence.
