I am in the Rovo Slack app, I choose "Search agents", find my agent, then I click the three dots > "Bookmark".
But...nothing happens, and I don't see it "bookmarked" anywhere. Where do bookmarks live? Where would I expect to see them? My "Home" in the Rovo Slack app doesn't have a Bookmarks section, tab, or area. I still just see the "Search agents" and "Recommended agents", but not the one I have "bookmarked".
How do I advise team members so they do not need to search for the agent every time?
This is interesting, I do not have Slack so I cannot do any testing to help here, but I did look into the app and found both of the below references do not mention anything about a bookmark.
When I search Atlassian documentation for bookmarks I only come across Bookmarks and Add or edit Rovo Search bookmarks .
Does Slack have a bookmark feature that this bookmark might be stored in?
I did find that the Rovo Slack app does have a contact for help. support@atlassian.com, maybe see if anyone else replies here and if not reach out to that email address.
Hope this helps!
@Sarah Miracle welcome to the community. I checked the current Rovo Slack documentation, and I think you’ve found a documentation gap or possibly an incomplete feature. Atlassian documents searching for agents from the Slack Home tab, but I can’t find documentation showing where an agent selected with … > Bookmark should subsequently appear.
Also, this doesn’t appear to be the documented Rovo Search “Bookmarks” feature—that feature is for promoted URLs in Search, not favorite agents. Since Slack is offering the Bookmark action but there’s no documented destination for it, I’d raise this with Atlassian Support and include a screenshot of that menu.
