We leveraging options from Jira to build an AI assistant for the team where they can use Jira as a knowledge base and raise questions like

  1. User is reporting summary page not rendering correctly and they get an error message - "Incorrect entity mapping between for user id" . what could be the root cause for this ?
    1. The answer we are expecting is a list of root causes referring previous issues , a confidence level for the root cause

Is there anything Jira On prem version supports out of the box for this?

Atlassian AI tool Rovo currently has a beta running for a connector to Jira DC. This would allow you to make information in your Jira DC available for Rovo.
