Using Rovo agent how can i send email from my outlook account ?
I have tried "Send Email" skill, but it's asking to authorization from Azure admin.
Azure admin also approved the request but still it's asking for "Authorization".
Do I need to add Outlook connector for sending a mail using "Ask Rovo" or "Rovo Agent"

The trick here is that even though your Entra admin already Approved the app globally, Microsoft still needs each individual user to log in and connect their own account during the chat. It's just a standard security check so Rovo can send the mail on their behalf.
Try starting a completely fresh chat session to force that personal login prompt to pop up. If it still stalls out, just double-check that your Entra setup doesn't require users to be explicitly assigned to the app before they can use it. Start from that.
