Unable to load Rovo Dev Agents settings

Hello,

Unfortunately we're not able to access Rovo Dev Agents settings. We see an infinite loading spinner.

Find attached a screenshot with the console log.

One possible reason we identified:

- User A (with Jira/Bitbucket but no Atlassian admin privileges) set up Rovo Dev Agents initially using this link

- User B (with Atlassian admin privileges) is trying to access this settings page

Happy to provide more information for debugging but at the moment we're stuck at this step.

Thank you for providing the details and the console screenshot, that is really helpful. Like many I am new to this whole Rovo world, but here is what I think is happening. 

Based on the 401 Unauthorized error and the message from the console, it looks like the issue is likely related to the API key used during the initial setup of Rovo Dev Agents. 

From what you described, here is a possible cause: 

User A (who originally set up the Dev Agents) likely generated or used an API key tied specifically to their account or permissions. 

User B, despite having Atlassian admin rights, might be trying to access settings that are scoped to User A's API key or user session, which would explain the 401 error and the infinite loading spinner. 

I think you might be facing a permissions issue. Your users have to be part of rovo-dev-agents-admins and/or rovo-dev-users. Here is an article that talks shows the permissions: Set up Rovo Dev Agents

Thanks a lot for your quick reply. 

It seems like our admin got it working now. We'll keep you posted here if anything else occurs.

I do have one more question: how do we request access to the customization feature? (see screenshot)

It says "Request access" but I didn't find a request option anywhere.
