@a b That message is a generic Atlassian platform error. It usually means the request hit a backend failure—often site-creation, permission checks, or a service outage. @Nikola Perisic mentioned try again once, then as share the Anonymous ID with Atlassian support. They can trace exactly which service failed and why.
