Hi @sz 

这应该是中国大陆用户注册常见问题，需要使用 VPN，然后注册。

注册成功后，无需 VPN 可以正常使用。所以解决方案是：找个有 VPN 的朋友找你注册。

如果用了 VPN 还是出现这个问题，那么可以尝试将 VPN 国家切换下。Good Luck!
