Rovo performance

I am using Rovo to interact with users to collect information related to onboarding service teams into the cloud. The Rovo chat agent works well but each interaction with the agent takes 10-15 seconds which seems slow compared to other AI agents I have used.

In my experience, Rovo performance is "good enough" but lags some of the other chat platforms. It also varies significantly, possibly due to higher loads during peak times.

How long does it take for the rovo chat agent to respond, on average, to your requests?

Rovo's different now than it was when it was first released. I suspect they're taking a more "Agentic" approach now, where it used to be strictly generative.

Asking Rovo to search our Confluence instance for a specific fact takes around 10 seconds to start responding. I don't have any special insight into how Rovo runs under the hood, so I can't speak to what the response time is comprised of.
