Rovo has not been working since yesterday (3/17/26). Does anyone know what is going on or how to fix it?
Either in Jira or Confluence, when I click Ask rovo on the top right, it says "We're not sure what went wrong".
Everyone from my team is having a same issue since yesterday.
Please help us who to contact or what to do.

There are no incidents mentioned at the Status page for Rovo - https://rovo.status.atlassian.com/
If the same error is happening for multiple users on your site in both Jira and Confluence, this points more to a site-wide AI/Rovo issue than an individual browser problem.
I’d first ask your org admin to check Atlassian Admin > Apps > AI settings and confirm AI is still enabled for the site. If it continues, open a support ticket with the exact time the errors started, the affected site URL, and whether all users are impacted.

I was also having issues with Rovo yesterday and my admin raised a support request with Atlassian. Atlassian replied that they had some internal issues yesterday that have been resolved. Today I was able to modify my Rovo agent again, so it seems like things are back in order.
