Rovo does not what I ask

I use Rovo in Jira and talk about ticket, normally when I ask rovo to help me solve a ticket it takes te right ticket (the one i'm working in, which is also stated in the 'context' field above the type bar), but now it doesn't do that and starts talking about other tickets. Can this be solved?

The thing is, the right ticket is added to context, but when I ask something about that ticket Rovo starts talking about another ticket. I have tried to refresh the page en reopen Rovo, without changes.

Hi @Sean Soeun

When you open a ROVO chat from a ticket, the ticket is automatically added to the context. If it doesn't appear, refresh the page and reopen the ROVO chat. This should resolve the issue.

If the problem persists, you can manually add the ticket link by clicking the "+" icon at the bottom of the chat window
