Is anyone using Jira Rovo for customers to be able to access Sharepoint documentation? We are wanting to set up a chatbot for customers to be able to ask say about Invoicing and Sharepoint Documents we have could be brought up for customers to be able to look at and if none of the choices helps them, they could still put in a Jira Help Ticket.
Rovo can connect to SharePoint and surface documentation via natural language search, but it’s designed for internal users, not external customers. Exposing Rovo to customers as a chatbot isn’t currently supported (feel free to submit a feature request). For customer-facing use, you would need a custom front end that uses Rovo’s outputs internally and guides users to Jira if needed.

We ran into a similar situation when we wanted to help customers search SharePoint docs before creating a Jira ticket. At eesel, we connected SharePoint and other sources into a custom AI chatbot that guides customers and only opens a ticket if they still need help.
