Rovo alignment with new navigation

I am finding Rovo has been somewhat useful in learning how to configure JSM. That said, I very frequently find that the Rovo answers are based on old product navigation and so are almost unusable. It seems like a defect. Is there a timeframe projected when Rovo will use knowledge of your current version/pattern to provide accurate navigation instructions ?

Yup .. Jira Navigation is something which has recently been updated and I hope Atlassian improves the Rovo Answers in this regard

Hey @Ben Meek ,

Yeah... Rovo is mainly referencing official support documentation (which is also available in-product/app), together with your org knowledge if you have that enabled. That being said, there are still a lot of articles that may refer to old UI navigation.
