@james welcome to the community. You’re not alone—this has been a known mismatch issue between Admin UI and CLI.

What’s happening:

  • Admin shows allocated credits (2000)
  • CLI reflects usable credits tied to your auth/session/site context

Common causes:

  • CLI authenticated to a different site/org
  • Entitlements not fully synced yet (new sites are especially prone)
  • Backend provisioning delay/bug

Try:

  • rovo logout → re-auth to the correct site
  • Wait a bit (sync can lag)

If CLI still shows 0, it’s likely a backend issue → Atlassian Support
