The free version of Rovo Dev CLI has a daily usage limit of 5,000,000 tokens. I'm considering a paid solution, but I cannot find any useful information about it.
The page https://support.atlassian.com/rovo/docs/view-your-rovo-dev-credit-usage/ mentions that "With Rovo Dev Standard, your allocation of credits typically covers 20–75 code reviews, or 5–50 tasks in Rovo Dev CLI." But that doesn't help me.
What I need is the ratio between credits and tokens. Is there any information about that available?
Thanks for the information. I've decided to abandon Rovo Dev due to the inability to compare tokens and credits. This is a pity, since I was quite positive about it.
When I asked my colleague to try Rovo Dev he received 2000 credits. In just a couple of hours this was reduced by half. Based on that experience I expect that 2000 tokens is comparable to 20M tokens, which is not nearly enough for a whole month.
@wiegerw Atlassian hasn’t published a credits-to-tokens ratio for Rovo Dev. Credits are an internal unit that bundle model calls, context size, and tool usage, so they don’t map cleanly to raw token counts. The only guidance available is the rough workloads listed (reviews/tasks). For exact ratios or planning, Atlassian Support is the only source—they can confirm current pricing and credit behavior.
