@hroy If it worked before and now throws inconsistent errors, it’s usually the action config. Check that the agent still has access to the Jira project, the Epic key is valid, and the “create issue” action is mapped to the right fields. Rovo also fails if required fields changed. If everything looks right, grab the run logs in Studio—those usually point to the exact field or permission causing it.
