I have created an agent and added it to the relevant customer portal. When the chat widget appears in the customer portal it does not display the agent name that i have defined. It just shows the default value of 'Support'. Also the description I have defined is not displaying, the value where it should be is blank.
I can only see the conversation starters that I defined for this agent.
Can someone please advise how to update the widget title to display our agent name and description?
STEPS ALREADY TAKEN:
- Confirmed Rovo agent is selected and enabled in Portal settings
- Confirmed old Virtual service agent is turned off
- Hard refreshed browser and tested in incognito window
- Waited for changes to propagate

This is the expected behaviour, as you can only define a single agent to the portal.
The agent name and description are not displayed on the portal.
