Welcome to Atlassian Community. 
What kind of usage analytics do you mean?

If you created the agent or have management permissions, you can view detailed statistics directly in Rovo Studio:

1. Open Studio via the Atlassian app switcher.

2. Select Agents from the left-hand menu to open your library.

3. Click on the specific agent you want to analyze.

4. In the agent's sidebar, select Insights.

Available Metrics (currently in BETA):

• Average daily users: The average number of unique users interacting with the agent per day.

• Total conversations: The total number of unique chat sessions (including those triggered via automations).

• Timeframe filtering: You can adjust the reporting period (default is the last 31 days).

For Administrators (Rovo Trends)

Admins can view high-level AI adoption across the entire organization via Rovo Trends reports:

• These reports show which features (Chat, Agents, Smart Answers) are most popular.

• You can identify the top_agent_id (the most frequently used agent) and the total volume of interactions.
