Removing Rovo

The Rovo icon keeps appearing at the worst possible locations when I am trying to work with Jira tickets...like the edit comment icon is hidden unless I start dragging windows around and resizing them.

How do I disable Rovo?

Good evening, I don't know if you want to just minimize it or remove it from the instance. If the idea is to truly remove Rovo from the users' experience:

A site administrator needs to go to Atlassian administration:

Administration → Discover applications or Manage apps.

Locate the Rovo module/feature (Atlassian Intelligence / Rovo).

Disable the app or, if it is a native feature of the instance, deactivate the AI/Rovo functionalities in the global settings (when available).

Or minimized/closed:

Click on the Rovo icon.

Look for a minimize/close button (usually a “–” or “x” in the small window).

After that, it usually becomes much less intrusive or only reappears when you open it again.

This does not deactivate the feature, but it solves the visual problem of it being on top of the comment/edit button.

Hope this helps.
