Subject: Error in automation task agent Urgent: Technical Provisioning Failure / Trace ID Error during Site Creation
To: Atlassian Technical Support / Site Administration Team
Description of Issue: I am facing a recorrent error that occurs always in the workflow of REVO agents (anyone) when I request It for creates a Issue Task type. This error occurs as a chat assistant in side of screen, or in full screen. This appears to be a server-side error, considering that It, in chat with the agent, It tells me that cannot change the endpoint REST to correct the error, cause It is hardcoded.
My requested action to ROVO:
In the project “____, i need you to creates the next issues:
Story Issue: (my description).
Task Issue: (my description).
Task Issue: (my description).
Task Issue: (my description).
Considerations:
→ Each tasks must to be blocks the story issue by dependency association.
Error Message Received by ROVO, in response in try to creates a task:
"Create Jira Issue with any field failed because field with id' issuelinks' and name 'Itens associados' does not support operation 'outwardIssue' Supported operation(s) are: 'add,copy'."
OBS: Only the tasks issues cannot be created.
Technical Identifiers (Trace IDs):
Observed Behavior:
User submits a request.
The agent process successfully the Story Creation in Jira Project, but not the tasks;.
User request refoircing that the task was'nt created as her asks/expected;
Environment Details:
Browser: Verified across multiple modern browsers (Chrome, Comet).
Account Status: Administrator Account.
