The "Ask Rovo" button is not visible anywhere in Jira or Confluence.
Rovo Access is enabled and no applications are blocklisted.
Could you please verify whether Rovo Chat has been provisioned for my tenant or whether there is any configuration required on my site?
Hi, Are you on a premium plan? https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/rovo#billing-subscriptions

Yes, Rovo will be automatically activated in your Standard, Premium, and Enterprise Cloud subscriptions. Trial unless you're on premium trial of Jira/Confluence and make sure to cancel the premium trial if you don't want to purchase.

@Hitendra Verma welcome to the community. A Premium trial should be eligible for Rovo—you don’t need to purchase Premium first. Rovo is available with Standard, Premium, and Enterprise Cloud plans, including trials.
Since Rovo access is already enabled and nothing is blocklisted, ask your Org Admin to confirm the organization uses a verified business domain. If that checks out and “Ask Rovo” is still missing from both Jira and Confluence, I’d contact Atlassian Support to check the site’s Rovo provisioning/entitlement rather than changing plans.
