Hi Team,
I have created the rova agent to generate the bar chart for my ticket status and its showing in rova but the same input if i try to create confluence and publish its showing in the following format.
[^chart:start^]{"chartTitle":"SETSD Tickets by Service Level (Last 14 Days)","chartType":"bar","colorAccessor":"group","data":[{"group":"L1","x":"L1","y":7},{"group":"L2","x":"L2","y":89},{"group":"L3","x":"L3","y":2}],"xAccessor":"x","yAccessor":"y"}[^chart:end^]
@Rajan Shanmugam This is expected behavior. Rovo can generate the chart definition, but it can’t insert or render Confluence chart macros when publishing a page. What you’re seeing is the raw chart markup, not a rendered macro. Today, Rovo can only publish plain text/wiki content. To get a real bar chart, you need to insert the Chart macro manually in Confluence and paste the data, or use a Forge app/macro to render it. Native macro insertion by Rovo isn’t supported yet.
Hi @Rajan Shanmugam - welcome to the Community,
Charts created directly from Rovo are hosted on a web page - I don't think they are retained permanently so even embedding them will not give you a permanent solution.
What exactly are you trying to do? Do you basically want a Jira Dashboard Gadget and embed that into Confluence?
You can ask Rovo how to do that rather than having Rovo create it directly.
