Hi, still hitting the file lock error on 0.13.46 on Linux (Ubuntu 22.04, x86_64) and none of the workarounds work.

Through network monitoring I found the crash always happens on a ~10 second timer after startup, regardless of what I do. The banner shows, the prompt appears, but then it always crashes with: Failed to start Rovo Dev CLI: The file lock '/home/oem/.rovodev/config.yml.lock' could not be acquired.

I've tried: removing atlassianBillingSite: siteUrl: beta, disabling atlassianConnections, re-authenticating, deleting the lock file, acli rovodev run, TERM=xterm. Nothing works.

Could you provide a direct download link for a working older version (e.g. 0.13.44) while the fix is being prepared? The versioned URLs on acli.atlassian.com return 403.

Installing older version won't work as we run that version, it automatically updates to the new one and we are back to square one again.

I believe this is caused by the new roll out from rovodev team. And I think they'll be the only ones able to fix this issue as well.

Hey @Thorfin @Vikash Pokharel

There was a bug detected in a new file locking mechanism for the config file.

We have a release going out soon to fix this!

Apologies for this!

Please try again in a couple of hours!
