Is there a way to disable the "automatic" part of Rovo comment summaries?

The automatic comments summary causes random layout changes to the page that are very annoying. I would vastly prefer to manually trigger summaries when desired. There used to be a button under the summary to "Turn off automatic summaries," but that doesn't seem to be there anymore. I also still want to have the option to generate the summaries, so I don't want to disable AI/Rovo completely. Any way to turn off the "Automatic" part of this feature?

I don't think there's an option to disable this (at least I've not seen it).

I've managed to find a related feature suggestion: AI-1237: Move "Make summaries automatic" option at the top instead of bottom of summary 
On top of that, there's this suggestion which generally asks about more granular control: ROVO-107: Enhanced Granular Control Over AI Features 

Btw, I'm going to move this to the Rovo forum group, so maybe someone can chime in and correct me if I'm wrong about my previous statement.
