First I hear about this being enabled is an email yesterday. Then it gets turned on today.

Not impressed with the lack of communications on this product release. Now have to rush and put comms out to the business about this search change

Can you please provide change management comms for end users specific to an Instance on Confluence Standard Plan?

There was an announcement that Rovo will be free for Enterprise, Premium and even the Standard users.

Even though it says that it is coming soon, I believe the release is being done in batches of users.

Thanks @Nikola Perisic I'll add to that to say the big announcement was at Team25 in April and its been a phased rollout. Meaning not everyone received Rovo at the same time. The confusion or surprise it understandable. For end-user comms, here's the Atlassian’s change mgmt template. For feature timing, see the Rovo roadmap.
