I've enabled Atlassian Intelligence. The users still cannot connect to the MCP server.

Following the instructions on the MCP-related pages does not help, the VS Code marketplace does not list Atlassian MCP, despite been listed as one of the available places.

Created MCP connection is stuck on 'connecting' stage. No popups for authorization are provided. In the site administration section, there is no MCP-related settings.

Anyone has positive experience with this feature?

@Inna S Even with Atlassian Intelligence enabled, the Atlassian Remote MCP server isn’t generally available yet. Only a small set of approved customers can use it, which is why VS Code doesn’t show the extension, no auth popup appears, and no MCP settings show in admin. For everyone else, connections stay stuck on “connecting.” Atlassian hasn’t opened wider access yet.
