Hello, I’m experiencing the same issue. I cannot delete my organization because Rovo and the platform apps Teams, Studio, Goals, and Projects cannot be removed through self-service.
The organization deletion checklist specifically instructs me to contact Support, but the contact portal only redirects me to cancellation articles and does not allow me to submit a ticket.
My Loom subscription has already been canceled. Could an Atlassian team member please create a support ticket on my behalf to remove the remaining Rovo and platform app entitlements and unblock the deletion of my organization? Thank you.
Hi @Liliana Luna ,
You can use the following channel to request the removal of remaining apps: Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing
Select Your Account > Cancel cloud subscription > at the bottom right, click on Need more help?
You'll then end up with an AI chatbot, but there's Submit a support request button below the chat, which will open up a form where you can submit a ticket to the billing and licensing team. 🎟️
Cheers,
Tobi
Hello,
I’m experiencing the same issue. I’m unable to delete my organisation because Rovo and the platform apps (Teams, Studio, Goals, and Projects) cannot be removed through self-service.
I have followed the organisation deletion checklist, which instructs me to contact Support to remove these remaining entitlements. However, when I try to reach Support, the portal redirects me to cancellation and help articles and does not provide an option to create a support ticket.
My Loom subscription has already been canceled, and there are no other active subscriptions that I can remove myself.
Could an Atlassian team member please create a support ticket on my behalf or escalate this request so the remaining Rovo and platform app entitlements can be removed and the deletion of my organization can proceed?
Thank you for your assistance.
