How to rename the AI Agent added to help centre

How to rename the AI Agent added to help center. AI Agent name is AI Ops but it shows as "Support" on the customer portal. Also want to add a line "This is beta version"

Hey @Aksa ,

Unfortunately, it isn't currently possible to rename what's visible on the portal. There's a feature request related to that: ROVO-858: Ability to customize the Rovo Agents name display in the Customer Portal 👈

The only 'alternative' I can currently think of is to add help center or portal announcements that state that the AI agent is currently in beta version. 🤔
