How to permanently dismiss the Rovo banner on Firefox?

Every time I load the Timesheet report, I see a banner with

New! Time Tracker Assistant is now available in Rovo. Ask it to analyze your work, get suggestions, and log time. Learn more

On Chrome, if you dismiss it, it seems to disappear forever.

However, on Firefox, it comes back every time. In the console it logs

Error saving banner dismiss state: DOMException: The operation is insecure.

This is on the line with

window.localStorage.setItem(bannerStorageKey, JSON.stringify(dismissData))

I wanted to report this as a bug but it seems I can’t create tickets in the ROVO Jira.

I can reproduce similar behaviour in Firefox where UI preferences sometimes do not persist even though they work correctly in Chrome. Since the console is showing a localStorage error it does sound like the dismiss state is failing to save rather than the banner itself. It would be useful to know if anyone else can reproduce this on the latest Firefox version as that could help confirm whether it is a browser specific issue or something that needs to be fixed on the Atlassian side.
